Trakker 2024 Q3 Updates

Trakker Office 2024.0.5.x

  • New User Settings->My Settings->Appearance->Color Scheme Light with larger/modern borders
  • Grids
    • with Double Row heights cleaner and easier to read (grey areas removed)
    • Search row fields easier to identify
  • Products include sales and quote summary for last 1 year, 2 years, and all time on every product
  • Appointment Preset Messages (View->List->Mobile Schedule & Routing->Preset Service Messages can be set with an appointment color. When an appointment is created and that Service is selected, the color will be automatically filled in
  • Customer Data
    • Messages: Customer Messages can now be found as a tab within the customer
    • Customer Contact Info
      • New STATUS drop down to replace Do Not Email with a list of options to reflect the contact status. This is expecially useful for emails that the customer has asked to Do Not Solicit email, or bounced back.
        • Do Not Solicit (can still invoice, but do not send solicitations)

        • Disabled
        • Blocked
        • Undeliverable

  • Appointments
    • Contact list column ordered by settings in the Customer Contact tab
    • Activity Tab can open and add a new activity
    • Manually created appointments will automatically check the Do Not Move and/or Do Not Remove from date so that SMART Routing will act accordingly without the user having to remember to check these boxes.
    • Appointment Search Criteria # of Hours can now be a decimal (ie: .5 = 30 minutes, 1 = 1 hour, 1.5 = 1 1/2 hours)
    • Schedule has an improved WEEK view
  • Products
    • Location Grid now shows Tax Type
    • Layout changes including
      • New Field Manufacturer Part#
      • Shows Number of Quotes in past 1 year, 2 years, all time
      • Shows number of sales in past 1 year, 2 years, all time
  • My Day
    • Has a Week view option
  • Mobile Device Settings
    • A mobile device can be set “Can Pull From Warehouse Directly”
  • Reports
    • Customers Basics with Overdue Invoices (AR). A simple list of customers with overdue invoices for the purpose of printing and checking off on a physical paper the status of AR making collection calls.
    • New Sales Totals By Month Between shows a chart of total sales by month that can be added to the dashboard.
    • Crystal Reports no longer needed on desktop. Reports are created on server as PDFs

Route Sales Trakker 2024.4.9.x

  • Menu added to bottom with Main, Inventory, and Reports
  • From Inventory, if set to “Can Pull From Warehouse Directly,” can tap the 3 dots and open Load from Warehouse to do their own inventory transfers from the warehouse to this device
  • Dark Mode supported

First Aid Trakker 2024.4.9.x

  • Menu added to bottom with Main, Inventory, and Reports
  • Fill level lists grouped as one scrollable list with highlighted rows that have qty delivered
  • From Inventory, if set to “Can Pull From Warehouse Directly,” can tap the 3 dots and open Load from Warehouse to do their own inventory transfers from the warehouse to this device
  • Dark Mode supported
