The items on this list are NOT Allowed to be sold to this customer.
Items on this list are sent to any/all handhelds that have this customer on them and it will NOT Allow these products to be sold to this customer from the handheld. This is the opposite of the Sell Only list which lists only lists the items that are ARE ALLOWED to be sold to a customer.
Create a Do Not Sell Only
- Open Customers
- Find the desired customer
- Go to the Do NOT Sell
- Click Multi Load
- Double Click items from the left side (of unselected products) and they will be placed on the right side
- To remove items from the right (Selected) side click items on the right, they will move to the left side
- Click Continue to complete
Copy to Another Customer
From the Main Menu select Wizards -> Copy Customer Restricted List Wizard
Select Do Not Sell List
lick Next
Select a Single Customer from the list to Base the new list from
Select what you want to do
- Replace Customer’s list
- Clears out any existing list and replaces it with this one
- Append Customer’s list
- Leaves any existing list in place and adds any items from the selected customers list, that are not already there
Click Next
Select which customers this will be performed on
Double click customer on the left to add to the Right Side’s Selected list
Click Next
Wait for it to complete
Click Finish
