From time to time if a handheld device seems to have had an issue sending something to the server, it may need to be ‘rolled back’ to tell it to send the missing data to the server again.

  • Open Phones and Tablets
  • Find and open the device with the issue from the list
  • Go to the Custom Values tab
  • Open the 1 row there.
  • Set the Roll Back Last PUSH to the number or hours you want to be resent. (24 = 24 hours)
  • The next time the device connects it will roll it’s last sync time back by that amount and resend any data from point forward
  • Save and Close (F9)
