Our Suite of Trakker Products now have increased support for Crystal Reports.
Trakker already allowed it’s users to alter existing Crystal Reports field layouts to their specific needs, but now it offers the ability for users to create their own Crystal Reports (designed in their own Crystal Reports software) and then share that report for use with all Trakker users that security rights to the data and .rpt folder are granted.
Include Data Outside of Trakker
Now not only can Trakker give reports on Trakker data but if a Crystal Report is designed, using ODBC connections, that does a query of data between Trakker tables and another SQL Server database such as Great Plains or MAS 200, those reports can be opened right from the Trakker Reports->Your Custom Crystal Reports function.
What About Query Parameters?
If that report has the need to request parameters, those parameter requests are passed right to the user, through Trakker, and the report is generated.
Save your Crystal Reports
And just like any other Trakker Crystal Report for Field Service Trakker, Job Trakker, or Route Trakker the reports can be printed or saved as PDF, Excel or RTF documents.
