The list contact methods can be found in the Main Form->View->Lists->Contact Method
Contact Methods are the various methods to contact customers and suppliers. Examples would be phone, cell phone, fax, pager, and e-mail.
Trakker allows you to add your own additional methods. This is useful since communication methods are going all the time. For example where faxes and phones used to be the primary method of business communication, e-mail has now become a vital part of business communications. By allowing you to add your own methods, as new methods become available, you will be able to quickly add them to Trakker without having to wait for any enhancements to the system.
- Name: The name of the Contact Method.
- Notes: This is for general notes you may wish to list.
