The list of Sales Reps can be found in the Main Form->View->Lists->Sales Reps.
What are Sales Reps?
They are the people who sell your products or services. You can have one assigned to each customer.
- Name: The name of the Sales Rep
- Notes: This is for general notes you may wish to list.
Sales Rep Address
DISPLAY MAP
To look up the address on a Map, select View->Display Map. This will open an internet map of the address entered.
- Attention: The name that should appear on any labels
- Address Line 1: The first address line that should appear on any labels for this location
- Address Line 2: The second address line that should appear on any labels for this location
- City: The city that should appear on any labels for this location
- State: The state/providence that should appear on any labels for this location
- Zip: The zip code that should appear on any labels for this location
- Country: The country that should appear on any labels for this location
- Notes: This is for general notes you may wish to list.
Sales Rep Contact
In today’s world a company can have many different contact methods and different people that need to be contacted via many fashions. The sale rep contact section allows for as many different contact methods as desired.
- Method: This drop down offers options of how the contact may be reached such as Phone, Fax, or e-mail
- Title: The title or role this person plays such as Account Receivable, Owner, or Manager
- Name: This would be the name of the individual who can be contacted via this method
- Details: This is the actual contact information such as 555-1212 if it’s a phone number or support@KalzoneInc.com if the method is an e-mail address
- Notes: This is for general notes you may wish to list.
