As we come to the end of 2023, people often ask us about different types of sales reports we have. In Trakker, there are several different ways to look at these reports.
- Grids: These are like big tables that you can organize and change to see the data you want. You can also send these grids to Excel to look at them there.
- Charts: These turn your data into pictures like Bar Charts, Pie Charts, or Pyramid Charts. It’s a fun, and useful, way to see your sales info.
- Crystal Reports: These are special reports that look clean and professional. They are great for printing out. You can save them as PDFs to email someone, or save them to Excel, but they work best as printed reports.
You can find all of these reports in Trakker by clicking on ‘Reports’ and then ‘Reports List’ on the main screen.
When you open this, you’ll see a grid where you can pick and choose different reports. After you run a report, it shows up on the left side of the main screen in a section called ‘My Top Reports.’ This makes it easy to find and use them again. But, if you don’t use a report for a long time, it will disappear from the ‘My Top Reports’ list.”
